Welcome to the second E-Zine Digest of Rockridge Voice — your independent, community-powered neighborhood news source. We are not beholden to any organization, institution, or outside interests — just you!
It’s only early February, but spring is already in the air. Cherry trees are blossoming, songbirds are singing… and yes, that means school fundraising season is back. With school budgets stretched thin, community support plays a big role in keeping local education thriving. Peralta, College Prep, Chabot Elementary, and Claremont Middle School all have events coming up. Find out how you can help. These, and more, can be found below and on our online calendar.
Scroll down for a sampling of local news you can use, and thank you for welcoming Rockridge Voice into your inbox.
P.S. We’re a digital-first publication, and some of our stories include embedded video clips to help bring the news to life. See if you can spot them 👀
