A parade of costumed canines stole the show this past Sunday on College Avenue at the 34th annual Rockridge Halloween Parade! One lucky dog will go home with a $100 gift card to use at participating Rockridge retailers, courtesy of the Rockridge District Association. Which one will it be?!
The winner will be announced on November 1, and all costumed canines will appear in the Tuesday, November 3, edition of the Rockridge Voice.
